Recent customer projects include:
- Process and Technology Audits, uncoveried some key risks within the organisation, and provided a roadmap for change. This roadmap set out key milestones and actions for the projected growth. It helped to remove many key manual processes and provided much needed automation into the organisations.
- Helped a small but growing business choose the right solution to manage their customer and sales information, as well as reviewed the current warehouse management solution to ensure it was fit for purpose.
- Managed the end-to-end process of a new HR, Payroll and Expenses solution. From requirements gathering to identification and implementation of a recommended software solution. Established the requirements, mapped out current as is process, developed a brief, reviewed suppliers, recommended the right software supplier, managed implementation with the supplier including the data migration, testing and training of staff.
